PlayStation Holiday Gift Guide

PlayStation
PlayStation

The holiday season is upon us, and you're asking yourself, What should I get for that PlayStation gamer in my life?

Well, look no further than here at Three Dads and a Console. We have you covered, and we're not blaring Mirah Carey Christmas music while telling you.

I will break it down into sections, and it's up to you to decide if the person you're buying for has been naughty or nice.

We have a lot to cover, so hopefully, they have been nice because they are some fantastic gifts this year.

Everything will have a clickable link to take you right to the item if you want to purchase it.

Since here at Three Dads and a Console, we do everything for our families, we wanted to start with gifts that can be for the whole family.

Gifts for the Whole Family

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 (PS5)

Marvel's Spider-Man 2
Marvel's Spider-Man 2

We picked this as one of the games of the year, and Court played the majority of the game with his daughter, who loves the game. This game can be for everyone and anyone in the family. I would suggest, though, that the game does have some dark tones near the end, so maybe not play those parts with the little one, but your tween is going to love it.

Ratchet & Clank
Ratchet & Clank

Some of the most fun spent on a game made by PlayStation is Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. It is an action game with lots to do on a semi-linear path. Go dimension-hopping with Ratchet and Clank as they venture onto a PC near you for the first time. Help them take on an evil emperor from another reality as you jump between action-packed worlds and beyond.

MLB: The Show 23 (PS4,PS5, Switch, Xbox)

Well, here at Three Dads, this is one of our most-played games this year. We have spent countless hours playing the various modes and being in awe of the realistic graphics. If there is a baseball fan in your family, this game is a must-have. All your progress carries over to any console, and some modes offer cross-play.

Gran Turismo 7 (PS4, PS5, PSVR2)

Gran Turismo 7

Whether you're a competitive or casual racer, collector, tuner, livery designer or photographer – find your line with a staggering collection of game modes, including fan favourites like GT Campaign, Arcade and Driving School.

With the reintroduction of the legendary GT Simulation Mode, buy, tune and race your way through a rewarding solo campaign as you unlock new cars and challenges. And if you love going head-to-head with others, hone your skills and compete in the GT Sport Mode.

With over 420 cars available at Brand Central and the Used Car Dealership from day one, Gran Turismo 7 recreates the look and feel of classic motors and bleeding-edge supercars in unparalleled detail. Each car handles differently and feels unique as you navigate over 90 track routes in dynamic weather conditions, including classic courses from GT history.

If the lucky gamer on your list also has or is getting PSVR2, Gran Turismo 7 is compatible and lets you know what it feels like to be inside a car on a track.

As someone who owns two of these in my house, it's a must for that PlayStation Gamer in your house if they don't have one yet.

There is also a Marvel's Spider-Man 2 bundle, so if you're looking at getting them a console and the game, what better way to do it than getting the bundle?
