A listing at Walmart in the US has confirmed that the Xbox Series S toaster is no longer a rumour. Initially, a French website had it up what felt like forever ago, but took it down immediately.
Xbox had done these types of marketing before as they leaned into the Xbox Series X looking like a fridge and made a mini fridge that looks like an Xbox Series X. People complained about the Xbox mini fridge as people said it was very loud. The posts of broken ones circulated not long after release.
I hope they have better quality control with the toaster because it looks pretty sharp, and as a peanut butter and toast for breakfast, I'm inclined to grab one.
There is no word yet as to when they will be available in Canada as it is only available in the US for now and is priced at $39.99 MSRP.
